Introduction

My name is Monika Slomska, and I am the owner and Managing Director of Knowledge Pyramid Ltd. Our services are designed to provide personalized, high-quality support to companies navigating change, built on my extensive experience of over two decades.

With a wealth of senior regional and global experience as an operational leader and project manager, particularly in the service center sector, I have successfully managed complex tasks. Before founding Knowledge Pyramid Ltd., I held an executive position in a service center, further enhancing my leadership capabilities.

For more than 10 years, I have operated as a senior consultant in the Hungarian SME sector, assisting companies in successfully implementing change management processes across several successful projects. These experiences enable me to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and reality. In recognition of my expertise, my company won the European Award in the Consultants category in 2024.

From 2020 to 2022, I served as the President of the Hungarian Service and Outsourcing Association and as a board member of its successor organization, ABSL Hungary. Currently, I am a founding board member of ABSL, which is based in Brussels.
